At Le Perche, located conveniently at 230 Warren St, Hudson, NY, the culinary experience is nothing short of delightful. This charming restaurant specializes in elevating classic brunch dishes, notably their French Toast, which diners rave about for its custardy texture and hints of lemon and vanilla. Guests appreciate the thoughtful touches, like the leeks in the Croque Madame, which enhance the flavors beautifully. The Short Rib Hash also garners frequent praise, with many describing it as a perfect breakfast bite. Customers have remarked on the generous portion sizes, which help justify the slightly higher price point. The ambiance is complemented by attentive service, with staff often providing worthwhile recommendations to enhance your meal. While the menu features a variety of options—from omelets to house-made sausage—it's clear that the key standout offerings, especially the French Toast, draw customers back time and again. Those seeking a memorable brunch in Hudson will find that Le Perche delivers not just delicious food, but a warm and welcoming atmosphere, making it a must-visit spot for both locals and travelers alike.

The food was absolutely outstanding. The leeks in the croque madame were a really nice and delicate touch. The French Toast is unbelievable! The inside is so soft and custard like with a hint of lemon and vanilla. The curried lentils are really good too. The young lady helping us was very kind and sweet and made some great recommendations!

Came for breakfast, had the Short Rib Hash and French Toast. Both were very good, the French toast is like a bread pudding, melts in your mouth. The Short Rib Hash was the perfect bite. Definitely recommend

We really enjoyed our brunch here on a Sunday morning. The service was great and the food was all delicious. It is definitely not a cheap brunch, but the portion sizes are good to help make up for it. Would recommend the French toast, especially if you have an appetite (we’ll be enjoying leftovers)!

On our driving trip to upstate NY and Mass last Sept, we found this nice place to have breakfast. Right on the main street so easy to find. We ordered omelets, fried eggs, bacon,- the usual breakfast stuff. Food came out fairly fast and was hot so we were happy. Coffee was also quite good. We will definitely stop here again the next time we are in Hudson.

Love this place so much. My go-to for breakfast in Hudson. The French toast is ridiculously large, be warned. Right out of the Flintstones

Stopped here for a quick brunch last Sunday, having not eaten at Le Perche since the new ownership (5 years). I was delighted by the whole experience. I sat at the very attractive bar and contemplated the many tempting options on the menu. Seriously, something for every palette, every mood. Avocado toast, Croque madame, poached eggs with a kale pesto, short rib hash. Many familiar favorites but each with its own special twist “de la maison”. My neighbor at the counter had the kale pesto and swore by it, but i decided on the charred Brussels Sprouts with tahini, chili vinaigrette and two fried eggs. It was perfect. Complex tastes, satisfying and filling. Holding a bit for dessert, and tempted by the bakery counter down at the end, I had an almond croissant and cafe latte and then walked out with a huge fresh baked olive loaf which would last me the week. Go here for brunch or lunch or for any takeaway breakfast treat. You won’t be disappointed.

I had an incredible experience at Le Perche in Hudson, NY! The customer service was exceptional – warm, friendly, and attentive. The interior of the bakery had such a charming, aesthetic vibe, making it the perfect place for a relaxed brunch. The food was absolutely delicious; I had a great cup of coffee and everything was perfectly crafted. I even took home some focaccia, which was just as amazing. The whole experience felt very traditional, yet modern in its own way. Highly recommend it for anyone in the area! Only suggestion would be to add a vegetarian sandwich.
